I am a Qualified Health and Wellbeing coach, having worked for the NHS providing this service for Local GP practices. If you would like to make healthy lifestyle changes but are not sure where to start, I can help to empower you to make and maintain positive healthy lifestyle changes.

Looking at what is important to you and together setting achievable goals through face to face appointments; telephone and web calls. This is achieved using education and behavioural change, motivational interviewing techniques and targeted exercise. Eventually helping you to develop the confidence to manage your own health and wellbeing.

I am passionate about helping and empowering people to improve their wellbeing holistically, through massage, pilates and health and wellbeing coaching.

Monthly package £250:

4 weekly hour sessions (including 1 face to face appointment)
1 Weekly Group Pilates session
